Já para a Vivo você não conseguirá enviar mensagens grátis para celulares de São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, Santa Catarina e Paraná. Vamos à lista:

  • jSMS – Programa para envio de mensagens para celulares BrT (Brasil Telecom), CTBC, Nextel, Oi, Claro, Telemig, Amazonia Celular e Vivo. Anote limitações no site do desenvolvedor
  • SMS Itabyte – permite envio de mala direta para celulares de todas operadoras
  • Mensagem Web – permite envio de SMS para alguns aparelhos e operadoras

Enviar torpedo Vivo gratis pela internet

Você pode enviar torpedo vivo pela internet de graça, sem pagar nada. Porém é necessário que seja cliente da operadora e esteja cadastrado no portal Torpedo Web Gratuito. Se você for cliente Vivo, poderá enviar até 5 mensagens por dia e, se não for, até 3.

Enviar SMS Claro gratis

Seja você cliente deles ou não, poderé enviar torpedo Claro de graça pela internet através da interface Torpedo Web Claro, que oferece serviços diferenciados para os que possuem um celular da operadora.
